Accessible music activities are not something we often share online, so this post is something of an exception. The free-to-download booklet below contains a colourful mix of musical creation tools. From weird and wonderful musical web toys, to more complex endlessly expandable professional tools.
Nearly all of these musical tools can be played by using accessible gaming assistive technology. Bear in mind, you may need controller remapping software to do so, such as JoyToKey, Ok GO!, VoiceAttack and so on. Get in touch if completely stuck.
Most of these can work as cause-and-effect activities, helping to teach basic switch skills. Some could work in a sensory room. Some will offer unlimited musical possibilities for all levels of musician. Hopefully there is something for almost everyone within, including links to others specialising in this field.
